1. Chobani Greek Yogurt
Hey, meet my new everyday breakfast, Chobani. Yum.
I have tried a couple flavors: Vanilla, Honey, and Pineapple.
I LOVE Pineapple. I hate eating yogurt with chunks of fruit in it, but the pineapple in this is perfect! And it makes it so sweet and yummyy. You can't even tell you're eating greek yogurt, because I've tried other brands before and ew. Disgusting. Go out and try this people! My roommate says the pomegranate flavor is great too. That's next on my To-Eat list.

2. Double Wall Cups
I have a good collection of these goin' on right now. I got 3 for Christmas alone this year! I just love them, especially now that I'm trying to drink more fluids! I use them for water, Crystal Light, and iced coffee. They're easy to take to class because they have a lid and straw, and they're double walled so they stay cool for a long time! And they're cute. :) I really love my Starbucks Holiday cup.

3. Prada Candy Perfume
Another one of my favorite Christmas presents. I am obsessed with this scent!! And it's not my usual kind of scent either. It has great staying power and I love the packaging. As soon as I save up enough money to spend on a lotion, I am running out to buy the Body Milk. It's described as: white musk and noble benzoin with modern caramel. I don't know about the caramel but it does have a sweet musk smell. You can buy it here.

4. L'Oreal Carbon Black Liquid Eyeliner
I've been wearing this every single day of January. It's just as easy as applying a pencil eyeliner, but it looks way cleaner. It lasts so long and is so dark and perfect. I definitely recommend it even if you don't normally use liquid eyeliner or don't think you know how. It is so easy when you get the hang of it!

5. EmiJay Hair Bands
I was sent these hair bands by EmiJay and I have been IN LOVE with them. I was thinking, there is no way you can have a hair tie that doesn't crease, no way. But these don't!! And my hair is so easily manipulated. I can braid my DRY, straightened hair and if I take it out a couple minutes later it will be wavy. So of course my hair is easily creased. These do the job and are so cute! Proof:
My hair had been up in this ponytail for over 12 hours.
My hair wasn't straight to begin with, but you can see that there's no crease!!
AMAZING. And with that being said.. I introduce you to my GIVEAWAY!!

Giveaway Details:
One pack of EmiJay hair bands.
The pack on the right can be yours!

Happy One Year Blogiversary!

A year ago today I posted my first post on Just Peachy!
It was my favorite quote:
"There are better things ahead than any we leave behind."
- C.S. Lewis

When I started, it wasn't to get as many followers as I could, it wasn't to make money, it wasn't even to make other friends. I didn't know I could do any of these, and now that I have almost 300 followers and have formed so many friendships, I am SO grateful I decided to create Just Peachy.

Thank you all SO much for continuing to support me every day of the past year, and on into the future! I can't wait to see where the next 365 days takes us.

Per this momentous achievement, I would really love to hear what y'all think about my blog.
Please complete this form so I can make my blog better for you!
I really appreciate your help!

Evernote.. Your New Best Friend

I am the queen of writing lists. I write at least 3 to-do lists daily. NOT kidding.
And when I write them down in my notebook and then don't grab my notebook on the way to the store, I get so mad!
And when I have a list of blog topic ideas in class, but I can't get my phone out.. I get so mad!

If you struggle with any of these frustrations, I introduce to you Evernote.
via
So what is Evernote, you may ask? Besides a cute graphic of an elephant?
(I love elephants.)
Evernote is a free application that you can download on almost any device: your phone, your computer, your tablet and you can even access it on a web browser like a regular web page. What it does is create folders and little "notepads" that you can store all your information (or lists in my case) so you can access it wherever you are!

For example, I have three "notebooks".
(These pictures are from the application for my Mac desktop computer)
One for my blog, one for random life things, and one for school.

Inside these notebooks, I have different notes.
This is obviously inside the notebook for my blog. Each note you type out just like you would on a Word document. You can do bullets, underline, change the font, etc.

Any notes you create can be edited on other devices (online, on your phone, etc.) and you can create and save notes from any device as well. As soon as you edit/create anything it saves and syncs automatically so you know you're not going to lose any information.

via
Kind of like how Blogger saves your blog post as you write, and then you can get on any computer and edit it! But this is cooler.. because it has an elephant as the logo. And you can do it on your phone just as easily.. but mainly because of the elephant.

This has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with blogging, as well as school because I know wherever I am I have a consolidated list of EVERYTHING that is running through my mind at the moment. In the middle of the night I'll wake up with a random idea for my blog, and it goes through my phone. But if I'm in class, I just open the Mac application and save it there. If I'm on someone else's computer, I can just log-in through Safari.

You can even use this for class notes so you know you always have the notes with you.

I only use Evernote for these basic features (lists) but there is so much more you can use it for like sharing notes with friends, and saving webpages, pictures, recipes you like.. like Pinterest! And best of all.. it's FREE.

Click HERE to access the website. You can also download the app from the Apple App Store.

Do you use Evernote? Let me know how you like it! :)

* I am not being paid to write this, nor has Evernote ever contacted me (and they don't even know who I am soo), but I think this is such a helpful tool that you all should be using it too!

Soo I'm using this week's Top 5 Tuesday selfishly. I just need new recipes! Haha, but seriously.
Can't wait to read everyone's recipes!

1. Appetizer:
Brie & Raspberry Bites
via JoyTheBaker
I am OBSESSED with these. I think I made them twice in one weekend. For no reason except I just wanted to eat them nonstop. I don't use a popsicle stick because they gross me out, and I use Raspberry Seedless jam instead. SO YUMMY. You will love them. So easy. Go make them. Now.

2. Side Dish:
Mom's Macaroni & Cheese

I like to double the cheese part of this recipe.. who doesn't like cheese?! This is the best Mac & Cheese recipe I've found so far.. my family loves it!

3. Main Dish:
Poppyseed Chicken
via The Girl Who Ate Everything
AKA "Pop Chick" around my house. Next time I think I'll try to make it with shredded chicken. Delicious. Served over rice! Leftovers are even better.

4. Dessert:
Gooey Bars
via Simply Suzanne's at Home
A fan favorite around my house as well. So gooey and yummy and easy to make! I've never made it with chocolate cake as the base, but darn doesn't that look good?! Probably making them this weekend. Can't resist.

5. Drink:
Peach Bellini
via Intoxicology.net
So yummyy. Really good with sugar around the rim and some cherries inside. I could really go for one of these right now. Best girls night out drink ever.

So excited for your responses!
Thanks for linking up!
